Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can. Please email your order number to email@example.com.
Q: Can I change an item size of the same shirt type?
A: No, we are not offering returns or exchanges at this time.
Q: Can I pay the difference to change my order from one item to the other?
A: No. In this instance, we request that you place a new order and we will refund your previous order.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Yes, we will try our best to make address corrections. Please call us at 1-888-836-9786 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I made two orders - can they be combined to one shipment?
A: To save on shipping charges, we try our best to combine orders to the same address into one shipment. Please call us at 1-888-836-9786 or email email@example.com to inform us if you placed 1 or more orders so we can flag them in our system.
Q: Can I add an item to a confirmed order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate "add on" items to existing orders. Please create a second order if you forgot to add an item to your cart.
Q: Can I pay the difference if I'd like to change my order from one item to another?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to swap different priced items. Please put in a cancellation request, your order will be refunded, and you can then place a new order for a different item.
Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: We are unable to accommodate orders placed over the phone at this time.
