My Order
Can I cancel my order? Do you offer refunds for cancelled orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after checkout. We are not offering cancellations or refunds at this time.
Can I add an item to a confirmed order? Can I change the size of the same shirt type?
We cannot accommodate "add on" items to existing orders or make changes to confirmed orders.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders it is not possible to amend shipping addresses after they have been placed. Please contact shipping@terryfox.org if you have made an error with your shipping address.
Shipping
Will I have to pay duties or tariffs on U.S.?
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total at checkout.
Product
Can I place my order over the phone?
We are unable to accommodate orders placed over the phone at this time.
Are your products produced in Canada?
Our collection is produced in partnership with adidas. Each piece in the collection is printed by hand in Canada, making every item uniquely one of a kind. Slight variations may occur.
